WBCORE Strip Wound Choke Core is processed by automatic machines to ensure a smooth surface and a standardized product.After winding,Wound Cores wil be cutted by CNC machines and after-finished to ensure dimensions within the toleranes.Each pair of wound c cores will be marked with conspicuous characters to ensure correct assembly of transformer,inductor,chock,amplifier.

Standard Eletrical Steel Wound Choke Cores
The air gap of the inductance is provided with an air-gap plug-in composed of a magnetically conductive material, which can prevent the inductance from saturation when a large current is passed, ensure the stability of the inductance performance, and have the advantages of high saturation magnetic induction intensity and low loss; and the magnetic core has a Multi-stage air gap, the thickness of the air gap is reduced, which can effectively reduce the leakage magnetic loss, improve the work efficiency, reduce the temperature rise of the magnetic core, and reduce the noise at the same time.
